Dr. Phillip L. Massengill, M.D.

Philip Massengill, MD graduated from Boston University Medical School in 1995. He completed his Surgical Internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC. He then went on to do residency in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington, in conjunction with a residency in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle. He became Chief Resident of the Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery Department in 2001 through 2002.

Dr. Massengill is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.

He is affiliated with Orange Regional Medical Center. Dr. Massengill is a partner at Hudson Valley Ear, Nose & Throat, P.C. He is also affiliated with Hudson Valley Ambulatory Surgery, LLC.

His areas of expertise are Pediatric and Adult Ear, Nose and Throat, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, ENT Allergy, Laryngeal and Voice Disorders.

He works closely with our professional clinical staff in our allergy department as well as our New York State Licensed Audiologists to provide comprehensive treatment plans for each individual in his care.
